Shaoxing Backward Production Enterprises: Eliminated In Order To Enhance

The Ministry of industry and information technology recently announced to the public that 2087 out of 18 industrial sectors eliminated backward production capacity list, and 44 enterprises in our county were listed on the list, of which 40 were printing and dyeing enterprises, and the backward production capacity was about 710 million meters.

Printing and dyeing industry takes the lead.

Ni Renlong, deputy director of the county economic and Trade Bureau, said that the list of enterprises that eliminate backward production capacity announced by the Ministry of industry and commerce is the largest number of printing and dyeing enterprises in our county. By the end of September, the backward production capacity of these enterprises must be shut down.

In fact, in recent years, our county has been guiding printing and dyeing enterprises to eliminate backward production capacity and related equipment, with the purpose of speeding up industrial restructuring and gathering advanced production capacity.

Some have long gone ahead.

Qian Miaogen, general manager of Keqiao innovation and dyeing and printing company, told the news that "eliminating backward production capacity is for enterprises to update equipment and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction."

The company is also eliminating the list of backward production enterprises, shutting down 23 J cylinders, involving 30 million meters in capacity.

In the first half of this year, "JE printing and dyeing" spent a lot of money to introduce 11 air cylinders from Germany, and eliminated some of the old equipment.

Qian Miaogen revealed that in addition to the increase in production, the discharge of sewage has also been greatly reduced. "We have been actively seeking change, which is the second time we have invested."

There is no coincidence.

In Binhai Industrial Area, as the largest printing and dyeing enterprise in the county, "Sheng Xin Printing and dyeing" is also stepping up the upgrading of the equipment.

"Eliminating and updating equipment is an effective way for enterprises to enhance their own development and enhance their market competitiveness."

Company operator Fu Jianlin said that in the first half of the year, they added two advanced printing production lines.

Elimination in order to enhance

Ni Renlong said, "enterprises within the list must eliminate backward production capacity by the end of September. If they fail to complete their tasks on schedule, they will be subject to some sanctions, such as raising sewage charges."

Most printing and dyeing enterprises in our county have taken the initiative to upgrade and seize the opportunity.

Ni Renlong told reporters that many enterprises have been consciously updating equipment, and have reached the task index issued by the Ministry of industry.

The upgrading of equipment is related to the output value of the enterprise, and has great benefits for the future development. I believe our county's task of eliminating backward production capacity will definitely be completed.
