Jinzhong Jingwei Introduces 3SDYP-1 Type Nylon Elastic Machine.

This machine is exclusively introduced by Jinzhong Jingwei Chemical Fiber Machinery Co., Ltd. to complete the technology production of Italy MEG. The key parts of the locomotive head, tail, winding, frame and so on are all imported parts, and the other homemade parts are manufactured according to the original design, reaching the European manufacturing level, with the maximum mechanical speed of 1200m/min. The machine takes full account of the market's requirements for product quality, simplicity, reliability and economic applicability. It is a "V" structure with two sides of the machine independently driven by each side, allowing two sides to spin different varieties under different process conditions, and is more flexible in production, operation and maintenance.

Jingmei is the only company authorized by the Italy MEG company to manufacture 3SDYP-1 nylon nylon elastic machine, and has the right to use the "RPR" trademark. It is solely responsible for the production and sale of domestic products. The localization of the model brings more choices to the users of nylon and elastic machines in China.

Equipment features: each spindle position of the machine is equipped with an electronic probe, a wire cutter and a LED optical indicator (which can give fault signals).
